Getting Started

Creating your club on AFTER6 takes just a few minutes. Sign up for a free account, then click "Create Club" from your dashboard.

Step 1: Create Your Club

Choose your club name, upload your emblem, and set your brand color. This branding will appear across your public club page, schedule, and roster.

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile

Add your home venue, city, and practice schedule. This information appears on your club's sidebar so visitors and potential members can find you.

Step 3: Invite Members

Share your club page link. Visitors can request to join directly from the page. As the club owner, you approve or reject join requests from the manage dashboard.

Members & Roles

AFTER6 supports different member roles to help you organize your club.

Roles

• Owner — Full control over club settings, members, and content.
• Staff — Can manage roster, create events, and publish news.
• Member — Can RSVP to events and view club content.
• Guest — Can RSVP to specific matches when invited.

You can manage members from the Manage → Members page. From there you can change roles, remove members, or approve pending join requests.

Squads

Squads let you organize your members into sub-groups. This is useful for clubs with multiple squads (e.g., A-squad and B-squad) or different divisions.

Creating Squads

Go to Manage → Squads to create new squads. Each squad can have its own name, emblem, and roster. Players can belong to multiple squads.

Squad Emblems

Each squad can have a unique emblem that appears on the roster page and in match lineups. Upload a square image (recommended 200x200px or larger).

Calendar & RSVP

The calendar is the hub for all your club activities — matches and practices.

Creating Events

Club owners and staff can create matches and practice sessions. For matches, specify the opponent, venue, and time. For practices, just set the location and time.

RSVP System

Members can RSVP with one tap: Yes, No, or Maybe. The calendar shows attendance counts so you always know who's coming. RSVP status updates in real-time.

Guest Players

Need extra players? Add guest slots to matches. Guests can RSVP without being club members. Great for pickup games or filling roster gaps.

Scores & Stats

AFTER6 provides sport-specific stat tracking. Ice hockey, soccer, futsal, table tennis, and tennis are supported with dedicated adapters.

GameRecorder

Record game events in real-time using GameRecorder. An inline action grid lets you log goals, assists, penalties, and saves with one tap. The scoreboard updates live with club emblems and period breakdowns.

Player Stats

Individual player stats are automatically calculated from game records. View goals, assists, points, save percentage (goalies), and more. Filter by league, season, and division.

Scores Page

The Scores page shows all match results with final scores, period breakdowns, and links to detailed game summaries. Navigate by week to browse past results.

News & Media

Keep your club engaged with news posts, photo galleries, and video collections.

News Posts

Create rich text articles with our built-in editor. Add images, format text, and publish match reports or announcements. Posts appear on your club's home page and News section.

Photo Gallery

Upload photos from games, events, and club activities. Photos are organized in a masonry grid layout with lightbox viewing.

Video Section

Embed YouTube videos of game highlights, interviews, or training sessions. Just paste the YouTube URL and AFTER6 handles the rest.

Your Club Page

Your club page is your club's home on the web. It's public and shareable — perfect for recruiting new members or showcasing your club.

What Visitors See

• Club banner with emblem and name
• Upcoming schedule carousel
• Latest news articles
• Club info sidebar (venue, schedule, location map, social links)
• Navigation to roster, scores, media, and more

Customization

Set your brand color to customize the accent color across your entire club page. Upload a custom emblem and configure your club info from Manage → Settings.
