Refund Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Refund Policy brings together, from the Terms of Service, the rules for withdrawal of orders and refunds for the Paid Service (Subscriptions) of AFTER6 (the "Company"). Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), the Company's reseller (Merchant of Record), and Paddle's Buyer Terms and refund policy also apply.
Article 1 (Users in the Republic of Korea โ 7-Day Withdrawal)
Users who live in the Republic of Korea may withdraw the order and receive a full refund without any conditions within 7 days from the day the Subscription payment confirmation (receipt) is received (or, if provision of the Paid Service begins later, from the day it begins). The same applies to automatic renewal payments (Terms of Service, Article 20).
Article 2 (Users Outside the Republic of Korea)
Refunds for Users who live outside the Republic of Korea follow Paddle's refund policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and the laws of the country where the User lives (Terms of Service, Article 21(1)).
Article 3 (Cancelling a Subscription)
The Owner of the Organization (on the Organization's subscription settings) and the Member who paid for the Subscription (under ใMy billingใ in their profile or via the subscription management link in Paddle's payment confirmation email) may cancel it at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. For monthly Subscriptions, no partial refund is given for the remaining days of the current period (Terms of Service, Article 18).
Article 4 (Mid-term Cancellation of a Yearly Subscription)
(1) If a yearly Subscription is cancelled mid-term, the User may choose either a refund for the remaining period or to keep using the Service without a refund until the end of the period already paid for. The refund is calculated as follows (Terms of Service, Article 21(2)).
Refund = yearly fee paid โ (months used ร monthly price of the same plan in the same currency)
Example: Club Plus yearly (US$50) cancelled after 3 months โ 50 โ (3 ร 5) = US$35 refunded. Months used are counted from the payment date to the date the cancellation is requested; a period of less than one month counts as one month, and if the result is zero or less, no refund is given and nothing further is charged.
(2) This refund is requested from customer support (support@after6.io). If a refund cannot be made to the original payment method through Paddle, the Company refunds directly by bank transfer to the User's account.
Article 5 (Outages Attributable to the Company; Payment Errors)
(1) If the User could not use the Paid Service due to the Company's intent or negligence, compensation follows applicable law and the Korean Consumer Dispute Settlement Criteria (Terms of Service, Article 21(4)).
(2) Duplicate charges and payment errors are refunded in full as soon as they are identified, even without a request from the User (Terms of Service, Article 21(5)).
Article 6 (How to Request a Refund)
(1) You can request a withdrawal or refund through customer support (support@after6.io) or Paddle (paddle.net). Refunds that the Company provides itself (the remaining-period refund for yearly Subscriptions in Article 4 and outage refunds in Article 5(1)) must be requested from customer support.
(2) The Company approves the refund and submits it to Paddle within 3 business days of receiving the request, and Paddle refunds it to the original payment method. If a refund cannot be made to the original payment method, the Company refunds by bank transfer or another method. If the Company delays a refund without a legitimate reason, it also pays the late-payment interest set by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Terms of Service, Article 21(6)).
(3) A refunded Subscription ends, and the Company may cancel it immediately together with the refund.
Article 7 (Other Matters)
- Nothing is charged during a Free Trial, so there is nothing to refund (Terms of Service, Article 16).
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your card company or otherwise, access to the paid features of that club or league may be temporarily suspended until it is resolved (Terms of Service, Article 21(8)).
- The Company may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior. However, refunds under rights guaranteed by law (such as the 7-day withdrawal right in Article 1) are not refused (Terms of Service, Article 21(9)).
- Money paid directly to an Organization, such as guest game fees or membership dues, is not a payment made through the Company or Paddle, so this policy does not apply to it. Refunds of such money must be requested from the Organization's operator.
Article 8 (Contact and Dispute Resolution)
- Email: support@after6.io
- Phone: 0502-1946-2243
- If a dispute arises, you may apply for mediation to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission of the Korea Consumer Agency, the Electronic Commerce Mediation Committee or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee. Jurisdiction for lawsuits follows Article 35 of the Terms of Service.
